Volunteer Training

The Sharlot Hall Museum offers a robust annual training program for volunteers, beginning in February. The program introduces volunteers to the history and culture of Arizona’s Central Highlands and its peoples, the story of the Sharlot Hall Museum and the remarkable woman it is named for, the behind-the-scenes functions of the Museum and our many volunteer opportunities. This course provides a complete introduction (or refresher!) for new and experienced volunteers alike.

Volunteer Training to Start Thursday, February 15th, 2024.

Classes are every Thursday for 13 weeks, from Thursday, February 15th, 2024 to Thursday, May 9th, 2024.

All classes convene in the 1st Floor of the Education Center in the auditorium. The length of each class may vary but please plan to be here from class 8:30-10:30 a.m. (coffee and conversation 8:15-8:30am). Some classes will include a tour of the exhibits or other parts of the Museum campus.
