The Board of Trustees of the Sharlot Hall Historical Society (SHHS, a non-profit
corporation) will convene a meeting in the Auditorium of the Fred W. Veil
Education Center, located at 415 W. Gurley Street, Prescott, AZ, on the
22nd of August, immediately following the meeting of the Prescott
Historical Society Board of Trustees. Members of the Board will attend either
in person or by telephone or internet conferencing. The Board will discuss and
may take action on any of the following items.
