Paint the Town: The Prescott Mural Documentation Project

NOW OPEN!

In 2022, the New Granite Creek Trail Mural project began with the intent of beautifying the retaining wall on the lower section of the creek trail.

From the efforts of this community group a second project was born in the mind of photographer Dale O’Dell as he photographed the creation of the new mural: documenting publicly-visible murals throughout Prescott.

After nearly a year of effort O’Dell has found and photographed over 30 murals. This exhibition of O’Dell’s work in shooting and researching these murals provides a fantastic view of public art throughout the area, showing how thoroughly art infuses our community.
